RAMS is very particular in choosing and developing its faculty resources in terms of expertise and experience. Prof. (Dr) Geo Paul K. is the former Principal of Rural Academy for Management Studies Cochin and currently serving as Academic Advisor of the B-School. He is an approved Research Supervisor for Management at Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and PRIST University. He occupied the designations like Principal/ Director, Talent Institute of Management Studies, Academic advisor of EASA College of engineering, Coimbatore, Head of the Department of MBA at ELIMS group of institutions, Thrissur, HOD of MBA at SNGIST North Paravur and Chairman – Board of Examiners – Post Graduate Diploma Programmes Karnataka State Open University, Mysore.
He is a highly qualified academician and experienced technocrat holding an Engineering Diploma in Electronics and Instrumentation. He also holds a B.Com from University of Calicut, Masters in Information Technology (MIT) from Manipal Academy of Higher education, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Bharathiar University and Masters in Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Management from Madurai Kamaraj University. He has been conferred a PhD in Management from VMU, Salem. His classes are enriched by his teaching experience of over 18 years and 4 years of Industry experience. He has worked with many reputed organizations. He has published twelve research articles in reputed Journals and two books in the area of information technology and management.
He was a delegate in AICTE—NTTTRI sponsored one week workshop on ‘Students Counseling’ (AICTE summer school programme). He has done AMT certification (Accredited Management Teacher) of All India Management Association (AIMA) in Human Resource Management. He was the UN link person of CLC (NGO under UNO) in India and has worked in its activities in the North East and Nepal. He also visited Asia Pacific University of technology and innovation, Kuala lumpur, Malasiya and presented seminar He has participated in FDP of University of Calicut on Project Reports-Methodology, Data Analysis and Report Preparation. He has undergone training programme in Six Sigma of ISI Bangalore. He has attended a workshop on ‘CSR’ conducted by IIM-B. He is an active member of Trichur Management Association (TMA).
He is a social spirited personality and has won accolades on many occasions for his contributions to the society at large. He was conferred the youth award “SevanaPuraskar” constituted by ‘Kerala Sabha’ news paper of BLM Research Centre – Irinjalakuda Diocese in recognition of his unmatched contributions to the Church and Kerala society.
His research interest includes Ergonomics and Stress Management. He has been working as a Nodal officer (College level) to MHRD and is an expert in career guidance and student counseling, He is a sought after consultant in Institution Building and AICTE regulations. He is also a noted speaker and trainer for Teachers, Corporates, Banks & Financial Institutions and several Youth organizations. He has been in the forefront of organizing various National and State Level Conference, Seminars and Management meets.

Principal

Dr. Gopesh is a conscientious professional and a committed academician who believes that a resilient approach on top of focussed actions would lead to accomplishments. He took over as Principal of RAMS B-School in June 2022, and has been vested with leadership role in the academic, administrative and corporate frontiers of the institution. He is an engineering graduate with first class in Industrial Engineering & Management and a first class master’s degree holder in Business Administration. After pursuing M. Phil in management studies, Gopesh obtained his doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in consumer behaviour from Bharathiar University. He has accumulated over 20 years of experience that is evenly spread amid industry and academia. His academic and corporate repertoire stand as varied as it is distinguished.
Industrial assignments that have been taken up by Mr. Gopesh range over FMCG, financial services and comprehensive test preparatory sectors embracing sales, business development, operations and distribution functions. During this period, he served multinational organisations – Coca-Cola India, HSBC Ltd. and TATA-AIG at executive level through managerial capacities in the cosmopolitan cities – Bangalore and Kochi. These pursuits exposed him to diverse business models and sharpened his competency in key relationship management, people engagement, process management and training analysis & design.
Prior to joining RAMS, Dr. Gopesh was associated with reputed B-schools in the south as faculty on full time as well as part-time basis, including Christ University, Bangalore. Over the years, he has set a proven track record in teaching management students on Operations Management, Quantitative Techniques, Organisational Behaviour, and foundation & specialisation papers in Marketing Management. In management classes, he profusely adopts illustrative & interactive teaching methodologies, and scenario analysis to enhance conceptual clarity and build application skills in students. Projects and internships are of great significance to Gopesh in management education, and he is seen driving scholars to put their heart & soul in undertaking them to amplify the overall learning impact.
In addition to the organisational and scholastic endeavours, Dr. Gopesh has his own accords in management consultancy, corporate training, research publication and paper presentations. Since 2015, he is a member of the zonal training panel at National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes & Narcotics (NACIN); and has been designing and engaging training sessions on professional development, leadership, soft skills, stress management, effective training, etc. for their staff at different cadres from inspector through superintendent, assistant commissioner and commissioner.
Dr. Gopesh, right from the start of his academic career, has been so keen on inspiring and orienting management aspirants and the budding professionals with real-world scenarios, taking utmost advantage of his cross-functional and multi-sector exposure and experience. Despite the challenges presented by a constantly evolving industry landscape, he remains tenacious in refining and devising innovative methodologies that best serve the future business leaders.

Com) and Law (LLB) from the prestigious His Higness Maharajas Govt law college, Ernakulam, reflecting her multifaceted interests and ability to excel in diverse fields. Her academic journey doesn’t stop there; she also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialisation in HR Management and Marketing. This not only honed her administrative skills but also equipped her with a deep understanding of human behavior and market dynamics.
In addition to her academic achievements, Shera also holds a Diploma in Hardware, demonstrating her technical prowess and adaptability. This unique combination of law, commerce, administration, and hardware knowledge allows her to bring a holistic perspective to teaching and enriching students’ learning experience.

Dr. Lilly Thomas joined RAMS as Assistant Professor in February 2023, with an experience of 13 years in academics. She has been passionately playing an integral part of progressive educational system with large scope for her contribution to the growth of next generation management graduates along with her personal learning, achievements and career growth. She has done her bachelor degree (B. Sc.) in Zoology and B.Ed. in Natural Science. She is an MBA with specializations in Finance and Human Resources, and also possesses multiple post-graduation degrees in Zoology and Sociology. Lilly is on the verge of completing Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and her MBA in International Marketing. She is an SAP certified professional too.
Dr. Lilly has an experience of over 4 years in industry, started with Educomp Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. – an MNC in the digital education sector, as Teacher’s Trainer and Resource Coordinator. She has also served ING VYSHYA BANK as Business Development Manager and has a brief stint at Anchor Pvt. Ltd. in their accounts division. Before joining RAMS, she worked with Naipunnya group of institutions, Sahrdaya College of Engineering and Technology, St. Antony’s College and AIM College of Law in the academic field.
Over the years, Dr. Lilly Thomas has taught a variety of management subjects viz. Strategic Management, Business Analytics, Research Methodology, Quantitative Methods, Finance Management, Taxation and elective papers in Marketing and Human Resource Management. She continuously monitors student performance through assignments, class presentations, tests / quizzes, etc.
Dr. Lilly has coordinated several academic and extra-curricular programmes that contribute to learning and growth to students and self. Across her academic career, she has participated in national / international seminars and conferences, and present papers in a few of them. Her enthusiastic approach to students along with qualifications and experience help groom them to management professionals.

She started her career as Business Development Manager at HDFC Ltd. Later she joined as Assistant Professor in MES College,Marampally during the period of 2014 -2018.Since 2018 to till date, Ms.Sreeja R Pillai associated with Rural Academy for Management Studies(RAMS by Craft).

Ms. Dhanya joined RAMS B-School as an Assistant Professor in 2023. She holds an MBA with specializations in Marketing and Human Resources, and a bachelor degree in Chemistry, reflecting a strong foundation in science and business disciplines. Dhanya has been delivering her knowledge and expertise in Environmental Management, Marketing and Quantitative Techniques. She is the Class in-charge, and coordinates academic and other endeavours for the assigned batch of students.
Dhanya’s commitment to professional development is evident by way of her additional qualifications. She has earned Advanced Diploma in Communication Essentials (2021) and Entrepreneurship (2022) and from Alison as the part of enhancing skills in effective communication and business innovation. Ms. Adithya started her academic career at RAMS-B School as Assistant Professor, in 2023. She graduated in Business Administration and then secured her MBA from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, with specializations in Marketing and HR management. Her areas of interest include Organizational Behaviour, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship Development. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she serves as the Senior Assistant Superintendent for University Examinations.
Adithya possesses Advanced Diploma in Entrepreneurship and Communication Essentials from Alison, and such additional qualifications equip her in building competencies in business management students. She has also completed NPTEL online certification on Training of Trainers, and has been attending National Seminars and Faculty Development Programmes on a regular basis. Ms. Anju is an Assistant Professor in RAMS having experience in both academic and industry fields. She holds multiple bachelor degrees in commerce with specializations in Computer Application and Co-operations. She has secured master’s in Human Resource Management from MES College, Ernakulam, and also completed her M. Com in Finance from Bharathiar University. Anju started her career as with Maria Homes, Kothamangalam as Office Administrator before joining the MBA department at Rural Academy for Management Studies in 2019.
Anju has been engaging sessions for post graduate students in Organisational Behaviour, Business Communication, Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management and its specialization subjects. She was responsible for coordinating the registration and monitoring activities of Coursera’s Online Education program in the college. Being the core committee member, Anju has displayed her management skills in organizing and conducting Management Fest by the MBA department – ‘New Heights’.
The passion in academic field has been driving Ms. Anju in taking lead of organizing seminars and workshops in her areas of interest for benefit of the management student community. Her quest for continuous learning is evident by way of participating in seminars and faculty development programmes organized by renowned agencies like ‘Education First’. Ms. Reshma is a skilled professional who has a strong interest in education and management. She is also pursuing certification program in Association of Chartered Certified Accountants(ACCA). Mrs. Reshma teaches postgraduate students in finance and its specialisation papers along with quantitative techniques. Her passion for academics has inspired her to organize seminars and workshops in her areas of interest for the benefit of management students.
Ms. Reshma joined Rural Academy for Management Studies as Assistant Professor in 2019. She has a total experience of more than 4 years that includes a brief period in the industry as Assistant Accountant. Mrs. Reshma’s remarkable achievements includes her role as a coordinator for Edx’s free online education program. She managed the registration and monitoring activities of EDX’s Online Education program for the RAMS students in a foolproof manner.
