Dr. Minu John is an accomplished academician and researcher in commerce and management with over a decade of experience spanning teaching, research, and academic leadership. She currently serves as the Principal at the Rural Academy for Management Studies, Ernakulam. She holds a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) and is a UGC NET JRF–qualified scholar.

Her academic interests encompass research methodology, marketing, finance, and higher education studies. With strong expertise in data analysis using SPSS, systematic literature reviews, and postgraduate research guidance, Dr. Minu John has made significant contributions to academic research. She has published articles in peer-reviewed journals and has been a resource person for workshops and faculty development programmes, particularly in the areas of research methodology and data analysis.
